Foursome Lead is responsible for registering the team and submitting payment by August 30.
Each foursome may include two non-Abbott/AbbVie guests. Please have name, mobile phone and email of each person in order to complete the registration.
Foursome payment of $260 is due in full by August 30 and will confirm participation in the event.
